# Orbitwist: Turn & Survival — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how **Orbitwist: Turn & Survival** (the “Game”) handles information. The current version of the Game is designed to work without an account, advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, or a developer-operated online service.

## 1. Information we collect

The current version of the Game does **not** collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data with muhery or other companies.

The Game does not require account creation or sign-in. It does not access contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifiers, or payment information.

## 2. Information stored on the device

The Game may store gameplay information locally on the player's device, including settings, high scores, coins, experience points, level progress, unlocked cosmetics, and upgrade progress. This information is used only to provide gameplay and progression features.

Local game data is not transmitted to muhery. It remains on the device until the player clears the Game's storage or uninstalls the Game. The device operating system or app store may include local data in a device backup according to the player's own platform and backup settings. muhery cannot access those backups.

## 3. Advertising, analytics, and diagnostics

The current version of the Game does not contain advertising SDKs and does not use advertising identifiers. Developer analytics and Unity runtime diagnostic data collection are disabled for the release distributed through closed testing and production.

## 4. Third-party platforms

Google Play distributes the Game and may independently process information required for downloads, updates, security, and store operation under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). This platform-level processing is controlled by Google and is not gameplay or profile data collected by muhery.

The Game is built with the Unity engine. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, and Unity Diagnostics data collection are disabled in the release distributed through closed testing and production. ## 5. Data sharing and sale

muhery does not sell user data. Because the current version does not collect user data, muhery does not share user data with third parties.

## 6. Data security

Gameplay progress is stored locally and is protected by the security controls of the player's device and operating system. No developer-operated server stores a copy of this information.

## 7. Retention and deletion

muhery does not retain personal data or gameplay data on developer-operated servers. Players can delete locally stored Game data through the Android application storage settings or by uninstalling the Game. Because muhery does not possess this local data, there is no server-side copy for muhery to retrieve or delete.

## 8. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 9. Future online features

The current version does not provide online accounts, cloud saves, or online leaderboards. If a future version introduces any feature that collects or transmits user data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that version is released. Where required, appropriate notice, consent, security, retention, and account-deletion controls will also be provided.

## 10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the Game's features or legal requirements change. The effective date and last-updated date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
